LG G Watch priced at under $300 to be launched in the UK before July

While LG may already be working on a second-generation G Watch, the first one isn’t out yet. It will be released starting this quarter, though, and today we’re learning that customers over in the UK should be able to buy the LG G Watch “before July.” It’s not clear if the new smartwatch will be launched in the US by that time.
Anyway, according to Pocket-lint, the G Watch will cost less than £180 in the UK. This means not more than $300 in US dollars.  Pocket-lint had a chance to play with a prototype of the LG G Watch’s final version, and you can see that in the slideshow below. The first photo shows the G Watch next to Samsung's Gear 2.The G Watch from LG should be the world’s first smartwatch to run Google’s new Android Wear - which is somewhat of an Android extension that’s specifically tailored for wearable devices. The G Watch does not have any hardware buttons, and its wrist strap is changeable. LG didn’t confirm any of the specs that the watch will have, but rumors are pointing out to a 1.65-inch display and 4GB of internal memory.
