Samsung may have not one, but two new Windows Phone 8.1 devices in the pipeline. Last week, we told you about the Samsung Ativ Core, which is supposed to be a midrange WP 8.1 handset with a 4.5-inch, 720p display.
Today, an unannounced SM-W350F appeared in a UA Profile at Samsung’s website. Seemingly sporting a WVGA (480 x 800) display, the SM-W350F comes with Internet Explorer 11 on board - and we already know that IE 11 is one of the new features included in Windows Phone 8.1. So,
this Samsung SM-W350F appears to be a low-end WP 8.1 handset - possibly one that’s going to compete with Nokia’s Lumia 630 and Lumia 635. Unfortunately, at the moment there are no photos to show the Samsung
SM-W350F (what you're seeing above is a generic Windows Phone 8.1
image). Moreover, there is no word on when Samsung may want to announce
the handset, and neither on where it’s going to launch it. Anyway, since
Nokia’s Lumia 630 and 635 will both be sold for under $200, we’re
thinking that the Samsung SM-W350F should also be pretty cheap. We’ll
bring more on this as soon as new details arrive.
