For BlackBerry 10 users, there is no YouTube client. Those who click on
the YouTube icon are sent to the mobile website of the video streamer.
But there is a new native app for BlackBerry 10 that you might want to
consider for YouTube viewing on your handset. SuperTube is a free app that comes with the look and feel of the OS. Those BlackBerry 10 models with a physical QWERTY (BlackBerry Q10 and BlackBerryQ5) will have shortcuts available to use with the app.
SuperTube allows you to switch the quality of the videos ranging from 144p, 240p, 360p, 720p and 1080p while you're in the middle of watching a clip, or you can make any of the options a default setting. You can also set different default settings for viewing video over Wi-Fi or cellular networks. The app shares the same category settings as the mobile YouTube site, giving you some familiarity over the choices you have when rummaging through the app for videos to watch.
If you're interested in SuperTube, head over to BlackBerry World from where you can download and install it on your BlackBerry 10 model.
