While the movie Jobs didn't exactly have audiences busting down theater doors to get in, Ashton Kutcher did a good job as Steve Jobs. Not only did the "Two and a Half Men"
star bear more than a passing resemblance to the late Apple co-founder
in the film, he also walked and moved like the fallen tech icon. In
real-life, Kutcher happens to be well versed in technology, and is an
astute investor in the sector.
Danny Boyle is now reportedly cast for directing the movie, and these reports also have it that he’s already in talks with Leonardo DiCaprio to play the leading roll of Steve Jobs. Boyle is famous for directing movies like 127 Hours, Trainspotting, and The Beach, in which both Boyle and DiCaprio worked together more than a decade ago. Whether these are the best choices for the movie that plans to focus on three product launches, and many of the details revealed in the Walter Isaacson biography is hard to tell, but more information should surface very soon.
